About products
Are your products 100% natural?
Yes, all our products are natural with no chemical additives. We carefully select nuts, sellou, and argan oil from trusted sources in Morocco.
How do you ensure product quality?
We use airtight packaging that preserves freshness, and inspect each product before shipping. Products are stored in appropriate conditions to maintain taste and quality.
What is the shelf life?
Nuts: 6–12 months when stored in a cool, dry place. Sellou: 3–6 months. Edible argan oil: 12–18 months. We recommend checking the expiration date on the package.
Can I order samples or small quantities?
Yes! We offer different sizes for each product. If you want to try several products, you can order the small sizes first.
Delivery & shipping
How long does delivery take?
Delivery within Morocco typically takes 1–3 business days from order confirmation. Major cities (Casablanca, Rabat, Marrakech, Tangier): 1–2 days. Other cities: 2–3 days.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are displayed during checkout. We offer free shipping for orders over 300 MAD in major cities.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp once your order is shipped. You can also contact us directly to inquire about your order status.
Do you ship outside Morocco?
Currently, we only ship within Morocco. We are working on expanding our services soon. Contact us if you are outside Morocco and we will do our best to help.
Returns & exchanges
What is your return policy?
If a product is defective or the order is incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will process an exchange or refund depending on the case. Food products are not refundable except in case of defect or error on our part.
How do I return a product?
Contact us via WhatsApp or email with a photo of the product and order number. We will guide you step by step and cover return costs if the error is on our side.
When will I receive my refund?
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we process refunds within 3–5 business days. The timeframe depends on your original payment method.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash on delivery, credit card, and bank transfer. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
Is my information secure?
Yes, we use SSL encryption and protect all your personal and financial data. We do not share your information with third parties.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
